This is a modified version of the Z-endstop switch for the Cyclone PCB factory, tailored to complement its design structure more effectively. The main modifications involve using captive nuts and bolted clamps instead of relying on precise matching of design dimensions and screwing into the plastic body. No changes have been made to the original dimensions, ensuring it can be a seamless drop-in replacement. Print Settings Printer: Velleman Vertex K8400 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 25% Notes: Printed in REAL brand silvergrey PLA with the printing orientation adjusted to achieve accurate hole dimensions. Post-Printing After printing, the support for the PCB mount block needs to be carefully cut away using a sharp knife. This support is relatively thin and should be easy to remove, as seen in the fourth photo where it's still attached. The printer experienced some difficulty with this unconnected part but it still performed its intended function as support.
