Modified Z-Stage Back Plate for Replicator 1 / FlashForge

To enhance my 3D printer's build platform, I purchased a heat-resistant Borosilicate glass with 3/16" thickness from McMaster-Carr. Since this upgrade increased the bed height, I decided to modify the back plate of my Z-Limit switch rather than relocate the switch itself. With the help of digital calipers, I replicated the original back plate and added the extra 3/16" bed height. I had previously upgraded my Z stage with milled aluminum arms, as seen on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:39322). However, since these arms don't require side fingers, I excluded them in my custom design. Additionally, I provided a Visio file of the altered back plate for those who prefer using 0.25-inch acrylic or wood, accounting for the 0.2mm laser cutter kerf.
