<p>I had the need to mount some Dell 7090 Micro Form Factor PC's in a rack. So I designed this modular mount, which allows them to be mounted, and to store the power packs to be sides of the units. It also has a spot to mount a power board. These are all held together with the ~8mm pins of various lengths.</p><p>These all fit nicely within a 19" rack. All a parts are printed ‘face down’, partly so that I'd get the texture from the textured plate, but this is also the optimised orientation to print everything support-free.</p><p>The 6 perimeters are what I'd recommend, as it tends to make the parts the strongest.</p><p>The pins can be printed standing up - I printed them with 3 perimeters and no top/bottom/infill. This made them easy to press-fit, but you may need to adjust the scale +/- 1% depending on your printers tolerances.</p><p>Fusion360 file has been included - so feel free to remix this to suit different devices.</p>
