THESE FILES ARE DIMENSIONED IN INCHES, NOT MILLIMETERS SET REPETIER OR YOUR CONTROLLING PROGRAM TO IMPORT OR RECOGNIZE FILES IN INCHES Bearing holders designed specifically for use with common and inexpensive 608ZZ bearings. Mounting holes are compatible with #6-32 size pan head machine screws and #8 pan head wood screws. Mounting holes are on 1 1/4" diagonal centers. The system consists of modular mounting blocks and brackets along with matched cover plates. Cover plates are 1/10th inch thick and can be easily scaled along the z axis to create spacers. Using .2mm layers of ABS in my printer, the bearings are a very secure press fit. When using PLA or a printer with wider inside diameter tolerances you may need to scale the design down a percentage or two. Both 3/4" and 1/2" hole sizes are included for all models, depending on whether you want to run nuts against the bearings or not. This is a work in progress and I plan to add more designs.
