Modular Connector Panel system for 19" Racks

These are a redesign of my earlier aerial mounting system for 19" racks thing:4039193 Whilst making the aerial mounts I realised that whilst they were perfect for their original purpose of mounting aerials they were not really strong enough for connectors. So I redesigned them making them box section rather than the original arched shape for strength and added holes at the top and bottom so they cane be bolted together both horizontally and vertically to make 2 or 3 Unit panels (or more). I also added a little to the length of the outer ones as they were sized for my own Pulse ABS racks. which are very slightly narrower than some other racks. They are simply bolted together with M3 nuts and bolts in whatever combination you need I used M3 x 12 Capscrews and nuts but you could use anything you like. Washers under them help to give a stronger joint and it is advisable to assemble the panels before putting the connectors in as access is a bit tight. There are Blank Brackets as before Aerial Mount Brackets as before Brackets for snap-in IEC Sockets, I used These (EBay no 282996617082) Brackets for standard Neutrik "D" profile connectors, this includes XLRs, Powercons, Ethercons, and many others. 2 and 4 Pole speakons will also fit. Combo Brackets for IEC and XLR, ideal for active speaker connections. and 2 custom ones which I made for my own project One is for XLR and USB B (EBay 232619595695) The other is for XLR and a D.C. Power socket. (EBay 254024544173) As well as the STLs I have included Solidworks parts so anyone with access to Solidworks can tweak them or even do a complete remix This a work in progress so there are likely to be more types to come. I am still learning Solidworks so suggestions and comments are welcome, as are ideas for further modules (Jack sockets and RCA phono sockets are in the pipeline)
