The goal is to eliminate the need for rockwool or clay pellets altogether. Currently, the main challenge lies in preventing nutrients from hindering germination, so I'm attempting to provide seeds with a pocket of plain water where they can establish roots before reaching the nutrients on their own. To protect the delicate roots from light, I've added a thin, flexible cover. Despite my limited gardening success, it's clear that my lighting setup is subpar. I welcome any suggestions for improving this design without introducing additional handling steps. Every tip will bring me closer to automating agriculture using existing technologies. Your donations via paypal.me/NicolasSicard will expedite the process. This project was created with Tinkercad, and you can edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/36vqH63YS8b
