3D printable, Modular Ionocraft Lifter Tile Concept 01. The tile is modular so it could later be scaled down and be easily connected by machine. the tile has a rivet in which a fluid conductor can be placed to act as the smooth, rounded minus. the tile has 4 little pins or poles to which a thin bare wire can be wound and then possible connected to another tile as pleased, or as necessary. if you create zones with separate power supplies, maybe more control is gained over the total structure. like my disc could have 4 quarters hooked up separately, give extra power to two connected sections and maybe the craft will start to move in the opposite direction. anyways, in the disc example, there is a battery with a top plus, and at the bottom a magnet to attract the ions all the way across the hull which is shaped as a long single way down, to have a lot of surface area for the ionotiles. the entire hull should become a circuit able to lift the entire craft. maybe it isn't needed, i'm no electrician, but i added a core little magnet cavity for each tile, maybe this will serve as a ground or attract the charged ions. the tile could maybe be printed like a Pcb entirely, lightweight materials. minimize material a little further, thinner perhaps. needs testing, experimenting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzZy1Aqleno update, added a lightweight stripped down version, scalable.
