Modular IR sensor by DC42 Titan Aero mount
thingiverse
This enables you to install an IR sensor beneath the fan on the Titan Aero using the screws provided with the sensor kit. The holes for these screws must be enlarged to 2mm, since the printing hole is incredibly small. To ensure a smooth print, I printed without supports, utilizing a .4 mm nozzle and bridge nylon material. This slight flexibility helps prevent damage from accidental bumps or heat exposure during the printing process. You can use any filament that can withstand some heat, as it will be in close proximity to the hotend.
