The project was completed by me along with my Mechanical Engineering senior design team. Each year, faculty and students create various mobile robots that are specifically designed to perform one task using a single type of sensor. With the introduction of the Modular Robot Platform, users can skip the tedious mobile robot design process and attach multiple desired payloads to save time and money for universities and researchers alike.
