Modular Pendant Uplighter Lampshade

Looking through the lampshades on here, there were no uplighters; I made one :-) This is modular, 17 structural pieces and 17 panels all printable on a 200x200x200 bed. For printing: Rotate large frame sections by 45 degrees if needed to fit more centrally on build plate, it is also possible to print all frame sections standing upright; this gives pretty good results but can push your Z limit, check before you print, also, doesn't require support, but would recommend a brim to make sure they don't fall over. let the thin panels cool before pulling off build plate otherwise they will be bent (my impatience taught me this). I used PLA, clear for the frame pieces, middle octagon and, anchor piece. Then candy red,green,blue and orange for the panels. Included are a couple of patterned panels i threw together as a demo, I will probably add more at some point as i want to experiment with bas-relief stuff. Also, using glow in the dark filament will be quite cool. If you make this, please leave a comment or a 'make', I would love to see what people do with this :-) openSCAD file included for people to tinker; the size is adjustable but the assembly view doesn't position properly; the bits should all fit though. Post-Printing remove support material if needed file holes/prongs to make a good fit when happy with fit, glue frame sections together (i used epoxy resin) if upper surface of panels is rough, this can actually help with a friction fit in the frame sections. no glue should be needed on the panels (unless you want to of course), this allows for swapping out for new panels when you fancy. Use thin string to attach 4 bits of the frame to the anchor, drill out holes if needed, I used fishing line as its strong and unobtrusive.
