Prototyping a Modular Powerwall system that is fused on both ends with a 1A axial glass fuse and the other will be a tinned wire. The battery tray will use one pair AA/AAA spring contact plate for each cell. Each end will contain a "3.5mm Gold Plated Male Female Banana Plug Bullet Connector" which is connected to a solid copper wire in between. The module can be expanded horizontally and connected by a bus connected to make the row in series. Still, a prototype, and I have not done any printing to test fit. 02/06/2021 - Added #8-32 threaded rod opening to tie them together. Slightly shorten the tab at the end where multiple modules can join together. 02/07/2021 - Added 7 and 8 slots trays. The 8 slots tray is close to the 200mm length for most average printers.
