Modular Props - Modern Suburbia

The main goal of this project was to create interchangeable parts that could be combined in a wide range of distinctive settings. Each part, consisting of 5 smaller components, had to be limited to fewer than 5000 polygons. These parts were then grouped into 5 distinct variations, but I've simplified it to two configurations on Sketchfab for easier viewing. The second configuration for each part uses all 5 components together. For my theme, I chose modern suburban items, which are listed below: 1 - Picket Fence 2 - Interior Wall Segments 3 - Outdoor Fireplace 4 - Child's Play Area 5 - Child's Modular Bedroom Modeled in Maya and textured using Substance Painter
