TEVO Black Widow : Spool Holder for 2080 V-slot extrusion with bearing wheels Note : Do not hesitate to leave me a little tip if you like the design. What to print : 1 of each foot 2 sliding NUT per foot 2 Rings 2 Holders (whatever version or size) There are 2 versions of the holder, declined in 2 sizes (76 & 100m) : V2 : to be used with standard hexagonal-head bolts V3 : to be used with a threaded rod all along. Additional hardware : To assemble the holder V2 : 2 M4 20mm bolts 2 M4 Nylon nuts To assemble the holder V3 : 4 M3 12mm bolts 4 M3 Nylon nuts To fix the holder to the feet : 2 8x22x7 wearing wheels (608ZZ) 2 M8 35mm Hexagonal-head bolts 2 M8 nuts 2 M8 washers To fix the whole stuff to the extrusion : 2 M4 10mm bolts 2 printed "sliding-Nuts" For Intermediate foot : 1 M8 50mm Hexagonal-head bolts 1 M8 nut Release Notes : 2017-02-20 : Added a "no-bearing" version of the holder, designed by Jari Tulilahti (http://www.thingiverse.com/jartza/about) 2017-01-25 : Added a version for 2060 Vslot extrusion 2016-11-03 : Added a "straight" version. Added a cylinder version for people who want to use a long threaded rod. 2016-10-27 : First release Print Settings Printer: TEVO Black Widow Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Infill: 20% is enough Notes: Supports can be added for the holders but aren't mandatory.
