Modular Tabletop

Modular Tabletop

thingiverse

Just a very simple design for a modular tabletop riser system using tongue and groove joints to hold the panels together. This is intended to be used for tabletop games such as Dungeons & Dragons to raise the play area/map off the table to provide extra room for players and help to declutter the table some by allowing things to be placed under the board while not being used. As designed, it is 105mm tall(about 4") and 205mm(about 8") wide and completely modular so you can add as many as you like in any horizontal direction. This is marked as WIP, as I will be making updates to it in the future in order to reduce the amount of material used and add more fuctionality to it. UPDATE: Made some major changes for version 2 -changed from dove tail to tongue and groove type joints for easier assembly -single leg point per panel located central -added endcaps to cover the end joints and add extra space on the edges -added a 25mm/1" square grid
