Modular wine bottle rack system

Build a rack for storing wine bottles or others of a similar size -- I actually will use mine to store Da Vinci Gourmet syrup bottles -- in tidy rows and columns. You can store as many wine bottles as desired in a space of any shape, within reason (probably not strong enough to stack more than six high, unless you print with very strong plastic and high infill, or make from some other material). Each bottle's storage spot is one of the Main.stl file. These snap into one another side by side, so the vertical of each provides the end of the one next to it. Use an End.stl at the end of the row to finish it. Then you can start another row of Main.stl units snapped in above to make a second row. Build the same number in the second row, or stop one earlier for a stairstep effect. When you've finished, print as many of the Top.stl as you have exposed verticals, and snap them on to give the top a finished look. If you need to add onto it later, just unsnap Tops or Ends, snap in more Mains, and then snap the Ends and Tops back onto the new borders. It's a simple way to build a rack of arbitrary size and configuration, though it's not a quick way -- on my Solidoodle 3, even at low infill rates and 0.3mm vertical resolution, the Main.stl takes over five hours to print. My intent is to print them overnight at times my printer would be idle anyway. Instructions Print without supports or brim, and with infill about 50%. Honeycomb infill is probably best, if you can get it to slice -- I kept finding Slic3r goes into an infinite loop or something when I try. 2013-08-21: Slightly enlarged the notches to make it a better fit. I think this is gonna be the one, but the prints take so long it'll take days at least before I can print enough. More, if I have other things to do or print.
