We are kneading and adding flour until the dough is not sticky. Stretch and cut the cookies with our wonderful mold. We preheat the oven to 210ºC. Once the oven is heated, we introduce our cookies at 190ºC for about 15-20 minutes, they should be crispy but not burned. These cookies hold between 7 and 10 days closed in an opaque plastic container
