Monitor Tablet Mount

This tablet mount is designed to mount a ~8" tablet to a Monoprice 3-Way Desk Mount Bracket, 2-Way Desk Mount Bracket, or similar monitor arm solution. Any system that utilizes 30mm poles should be compatible. The mount is made up of two components, the tablet holder and the clamp. The clamp features nut captures for easy assembly. Pictured holding a Dell Venue 8 Pro connected to OctoPrint as a 3D Printing monitor/remote, but a mounted tablet could be used for anything from controlling music to monitoring social media. Instructions Print one of each component (1x mount and 1x clamp). The prototype pictured was printed on a Rigidbot Big using PLA filament at 2mm layers, sliced in Cura, with no support material needed. With both pieces printed, assemble on the monitor pole by using 2 screws and nuts. The clamp features nut retainers to secure the nuts for easy assembly. Prototype assembled using 2x M5-0.8, 10mm Machine Screws, and 2x M5-0.8 Hex Nuts.
