Monitor / TV Stand

I have an old TV with a missing stand because I used to use it mounted in a wall but now I want it back on a table, so DIY3DTech's design was a perfect solution for a low cost stand (I already had a 2040 profile). However, its base was way large for my printer's bed, so I took his design and adjusted it to fit a 220 x 220 bed. In addition, I changed the way the Vesa mount attaches to the 2040 profile, so the TV height could be adjusted without de-attaching the vesa mount from the profile. In order to do that, I added an adapter. To add strength to the adapter I decided to design it as a separate part (instead of as part of the vesa mount) so it could be printed resting on the side where the 2040 profile enters. To assemble it you will need 6 t-nuts, 4 M5 x 10 bolts and 2 M5 x 16 bolts.
I printed all parts in PLA with 3 perimeters and 3 bottom / top layers BUT I had some problems with the stand warping to the front due to the TV's weight (instead of printing it again I just glued a piece of wood below), so I suggest to print the stand with all bottom / top layers.
Vesa mount V2 has a recess for the adapter. Depending on your printer you may want to print this version with supports.

Print Settings

Printer:

AM8

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.32

Infill:

30%

Filament: Hatchbox PLA Black
