Monitor & TV VESA mount adapter 'dropper' plate. I designed this adapter plate to drop my monitor by roughly 70mm(ish). I use an Ergotron LX Desk Mount LCD Arm on my monitor. The arm connector holes use hex head bolts which are friction fit into the recessed square holes and bolted to the arm after the plate is fitted to the screen/TV. You can obviously change this to suite.
