The original made by cubedude76 is fantastic, however the Fallout edition has deed, Community Chest, and Chance cards that are all the same uniform size. As a result, they're bigger than the original Community Chest cards, and smaller than the original deeds. You'll still need the Money Organizer and Lid files from his original Thing, this is just a replacement for the piece holder file.
