The m6 thread requires a 2mm-ish spacer on the very top of the heatsink. The m10 is a pass-through bowden style so your ptfe is pushed into the top of the mosquito. be sure that the ptfe is all the way down and in the mosquito otherwise your retractions will be worse. If your setup requires a spacer and you dont use one, you wont be able to load your filament easily and tpu WILL fail. Take care not to cross thread the screws that hold onto the heat sink through the adapter. The machining is good enough that it doesn't usually cross thread but the weird design that i had to implement to reinforce the threads makes it so that its possible.
