Monoprice / Malyan MP10 Extruder

I made a minor change or two, to the 'Flextruder' Malyan M200 Flexible Filament Extruder. My changes are: Mirrored the body; the MP10 is a right handed extruder. You can do this with a slicer, but I had to make other changes: Addition of a clamp that has a 'rib' on the inside. You'll need to be careful with this one - it can crimp the PTFE tube if you tighten it even a little too much. Frankly, a normal extruder with a threaded John Guest fitting is better (more parts available). The reason I made this remix was during COVID-19, I had Monoprice's non-standard John Guest fitting blow out and took the printer down. With a second printer, I reversed the base extruder to suit the MP10, and printed this part. Got back up! Until the heatbreak jammed :( I modified the base to use the stock Monoprice MP10 extruder 'arm'. It had a small screw that got in the way on the underside, so I made a huge area on the plate for clearence. I also made the 'ribs' on the side of the spring holder a little smaller so it could be loosened a little more. Then, the filament holes didn't like up, so I recessed the plate under the mounting screw so that you can put a 3mm metal washer underneath it, so it pivotes easier and the holes line up.
