The stock Mini Delta fan is very loud, so I replaced it with a cheap generic 12v 120mm fan. The printer is now silent when idle. The fan is placed under the printer so apart from the new bottom panel you will need to add the appropriate feet. I recommend https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2524655 Fastening on long M3 screws. It is also worth printing a grill for this fan. The element is too big for the delta so another large printer will be needed.
