I finished geeking out my mini-delta! This is my 3rd printer, my other current printer is an original Prusa i3 Mk2. I got the mini-delta due to low cost and I wanted to have a delta type printer. Frustrated with the lack of a power button (hot plugging directly to the printer is bad bongos, too many pixies and it stops choochin), very loud printing and the PITA micro-SD. I decided to make some upgrades, all are warranty friendly. Updates: 1. Extended legs (make room for stuff and improve air flow) 2. Snap in sidewalls for expansion space 3. New bottom cover with finned fan mount, better air flow and lower sound level 4. A/C converter pocket & wire managers 5. Raspberry PI Zero mount (wireless printing) 6. Full size SD card 7. LED lighting w/switched power 8. Cable management I used my Prusa mk2 original (sorry too big to print these parts on the mini) and printed these parts using PETG. This update makes the fan related noise a bit less noisy. The motor movement noise is a bit reduced as well (not too much I sorry to say, I think the stepper drivers are just too noisy).
