Changes: - Single Fan Design, redirecting the air from cooling the heat-sink into the part cooling - Modified the intake to take full advantage of the fan - Dropped the part cooling fan - Restricted the part cooling exhaust to allow for a bigger heating block - Drilled through the part to allow easier connecting into the effector - Changed the air flow to gradually get smaller and channel into the part cooling exhaust - Allowed for nut inserts - Changed the screw size from m3 to a compatible SAE No. 3 bolt across the board. - Added multiple fillets to minimize the areas of turbulence - Several cut away from the front chamber to allow for a larger heating block - Chamfer'ed around the heater block chamber for reinforcement and to minimize support - Tweaked the part between the front and the back as an attempt at utilizing vinturi effect. + Customized for TriangleLab's version of the E3D v6 that has a threaded top - Moved the bolts around - Removed the square nut chamber in favor of a drill-through Parts: - 9x No. 3 SAE Bolt, 3/4" long [Can use a M3 19mm] - 5x No. 3 SAE Nut, [M3 Nut]
