Monoprice Mini Select V2 knob

Prusa inspired knob for the Monoprice Mini Select, V2. The knob is designed to clear above the LED ring, and let some light through. It's small enough to clear the bed if you need to reach it while the bed is forward. The knob is easy to spin repeatedly for raising the z axis. Might need to press firmly onto the shaft to fit. Don't push so hard that it damages the rotary encoder though, the knob sits above the LED ring so there's clearance to make the click.
