Monoprice Mini V2 and V1 - MKS Gen L and TFT24 touchscreen MODS

<h3>This is a work in progress (V1 untested)</h3> <p><strong>15-April-2019</strong> Corrected some missing levels icons of the TFT and added an emergency Stop in the custom menu to use when working with Octoprint.</p> <p><strong>3-April-2019</strong> Move the MKS Main Board up to 4.2mm so that some boards with longer legs below the power connectors clears the support base.</p> <p><strong>20-March-2019</strong> Remove the vent inlet on the V1 side panel, made a left side panel for the vent inlet to improve airflow.</p> <p>Removed 0.3mm version of the slip parts, since it's intended for printing on the mini, 0.4mm is mandatory.</p> <p><strong>19-March-2019</strong> Added 0.3mm and 0.4mm gaps versions, I found that printing on the mini 0.3mm was too tight so I added the 0.4mm, rename the others 0.3mm.</p> <p>Also added a version for the Mini V1 with space for a 40x10mm fan and the bed wires mod as requested, it is not tested.</p> <p>Modified the MKS base plate bracket so that all main boards version fit (not tested).</p> <p><strong>17-March-2019 Noon</strong> Modified MKS Gen L to have room for the USB connector and some tweaks Sidepanel and the retaining wall on the MKS.</p> <p>Added Marlin 1.1.9 and Touchscreen Files that works as of right now. Instructions on how to install them in a future video on my Youtube channel, I add them in advance for those who wants to experiment on their own.</p> <p><strong>17-March-2019 Morning</strong> Moved the USB connector on the side panel 1.5mm up, it was bending the bottom plate...</p> <p><strong>17-March-2019</strong> Added to new MKS GEN Bracket that will support the new side panel USB Type-B connector. And full version for bigger printers. Make sure you first layer is not too much squished down.
