This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/cRue8N9hKQO Not too bad, took some fiddling. Make your think in inkscape. Select Object-->Object to path. save as plain svg. **Key Step** Open saved svg in text editor and change svg version to 1.0 instead of 1.1. It will name import into tinkercad. Or at least mine did.
