The stock hotend assembly with the MP10 was not the greatest in my opinion, but I do like the removeable magnetic baseplate assembly. This mount will be compatible magnetic baseplate to the x-gantry and will allow you to retrofit the more common E3Dv6 Hotend. The stock heatsink fan will still fit on this mount, but the part cooling fan and the auto bed sensor will not fit on this. (they both broke on me). The part cooling fan has been replaced with a 5015 blower fan. FYI, the the hotend/nozzle is more forward than its original position. So if do a prime line in the front, it will probably off the bed, but otherwise, it should be fine.
