I loved this extension idea, but it didn't allow for my new 300mm x 300mm bed, so I fixed it. The only thing I really needed to fix was I cut some channels to allow the aluminum angle to continue along the length and modified the front left corner to not hit the end stop early. I ended up not needing that but it may be useful for others. The X axis support was remixed from another file, but i can't find it right now. i'm making an instructable for this, so i'll post links when applicable. thanks for looking!
