Monoprice Select Mini E3D 40mm single fan hotend/part

V5 - 40mm single fan for MonoPrice Mini Select V1 with E3D hotend. I do not know if this will fit the V2. Several improvements made: Slimmer profile (less material, less weight) smoothed out the fan side matched screw holes to Us Waterrockets E3D zero offset adapter beveled inside arms for better wire clearance 3 versions, no clips, open clips, closed clips Rotate and print flat on the fan side with supports. I made mine out of Esun PLA+, 30% infill. Mounting screws are 2x M3 x 25mm. Make sure the heating block is centered in-between the cooling arms. I've been running the old version since I made it. zero issues but wanted to improve. I used regular PLA and saw no signs of any melting (I print PLA+ at 220). ***The is the redesign (V4) - no longer on site I wanted a larger single fan mount. I attached the mount from the 30mm (which works really good as is) to the 40x40. The air now blows from 3 directions onto the nozzle. The air vents are also larger and lower. This is attached using a zero-offset mount: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1848402 I printed mine in PLA at 100% infill, fan side down, with supports. It's keeps PLA temps just fine (200-205) but at 100% it blows too much air, so if you need to go hotter, you'll need to turn the fan down. I ran PLA/PHA at 215 at 70% with no issues. In my simple bridge test, this is the best result I've had so far. eSun PLA at 200, 40mm/sec. The part on the right is this version of the fan. The part on the left is the last version.
