This is an E3D Hotend Mount for the MPSM V1, it probably works with the V2 but I don't have one. There are two hotend mounts, one that has a DF 5015 Radial Fan, and one that doesn't. There are two clips on the left side of the mount, one is for the thermistor clip and one is to feed the hotend cable. For the screws, I used two M3 screws and nuts for the hotend clamp and three random screws and nuts for the radial fan and belt clamp.
