This mount is specifically designed for a 5050 radial fan on an MPSM V2 with e3d v6 hot end. I suggest to have a separate direct power line for the original fan (you can also use a buck converter to reduce the noise by running that fan at 6v, it's more than ok to cool down the heatsink). I designed this to have a minimal duct that allows to clearly see the nozzle during printing. In my test I has been able to cool the parts very quickly when running at 80%
