UPDATE 11-17-2019: I realized the .stl file I uploaded was not the final version. It was a bit asymmetrical. This new version should print fine regardless of how it's oriented. I took mediaman's excellent filament guide, trimmed most of it off, and rotated the stem, to fit on jwnicholson's cover. I simply glued it on using Gorilla super glue. I tried to come up with a way to integrate it into the cover but couldn't find a way that wouldn't require loads of support, so why not keep it simple.
