My Monsieur-Cuisine broke down. The gear between the motor and the knife broke and I came out with this design. I have not been testing it thoroughly, but it seems quite beefy compared to other replacement parts I found around. The test version I am using is PLA, although I will print the final version in ABS in order to support the higher temperatures it usually takes.
