Monster Jam Skadis Shelf

Monster Jam Skadis Shelf

This is my first CAD design built from the ground up (in TinkerCAD). My three-year-old son loves the Monster Jam trucks you can purchase online and in-store and has about a dozen of them that we tend to just toss in a box when he’s done playing with them. Since he loves the designs of them so much, I figured I’d come up with a solution for displaying them. I had a few extra [IKEA Skadis pegboards](https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/skadis-pegboard-white-10321618/) sitting around, as well as a few [extra (long) Skadis hooks](https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/skadis-hook-white-50335618/), so I figured I’d come up with the easiest solution possible for making a platform that the Monster Jam trucks could sit on using a pair of hooks. After taking measurements, I spent a couple of hours in TinkerCAD and ended up with this. It might not be the most elegant solution, but it gets the job done and it got the approval of my little guy, so that’s good enough for me.
