My brother's dental office had fit tests performed on Montana masks that were planed down, fitted to the wearer's face, and worn over ASTM Level 1-3 masks. These performed as well as N95s. If your facility does not have sufficient N95s but has adequate supplies of L1-3 masks, this is an effective alternative.
