This is a printable Montessori Board. I've also made small handled stubby screw drivers for a toddler's small hands. The embedded nuts are at different heights, so it provides more of an interesting challenge to the toy. The Hardware is all SAE 1/4-20. The threaded rod and wing nut assembly threads directly into the plastic. It is a tight fit, so plyers are needed, but try not to damage the threads. I used Smooth Jawed Knipex pliers and didn't have an issue. The four 1/4-20 nuts are embedded inside the block/board. You will have to do the pause print edit on you G-code file. This means you will embed some G-code at the correct layers so that your print is paused and waits for you to put the nut into the hole. Depending on your printer's control board/firmware the actual command(s) will vary, but here is a discussion on the subject: https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/6w7glp/inserting_hex_nut_on_pause/ The Screw Driver Handle uses the standard size, but longer length bits typically found in use with battery powered hand held drills. These can be purchased for pennies online or at your local hardware store. The Handle file called "Exact" is the precise dimensions for the bits. If you have your printer and slicer set up to print exact dimensions this is the file to use. Otherwise, try using the other one. It has been scaled to print correctly on my printer with a .4mm nozzle. YMMV Check out my YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/designprototypetest
