Monty Python: Black Knight Sword

Note: Extra parts required. Either a Carbon Fibre or Steel 3.5mm x 1000 mm Rod. This my interpretation of the Sword used by the Black Knight in the film Monty Python and the Holy Grail. The Sword has been designed for my Black Knight Halloween costume. As described it is long (almost 1.2 Meters in length) and requires a carbon fibre or steel rod to reinforce. The Sword was printed on a Creality CR-10 using PLA filament. All parts can be printed without the use of supports. I did use a brim to provide some of the parts with more stability and adhesion. I have included the whole blade model should you decide to manually section and a sectioned blade (Blade_*) which is what I used during my print. To assemble the rod was inserted a glued in using Unibond Epoxy Power glue. Enjoy!! Chris
