I picked up the idea for low budget cooling on the Anycubic Mega X Originated from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5022338 I noticed that the fan is snug to the bottom plate and therefore still quite noisy So I cut out the bottom plate and glued a guard on it As I had two pieces of the Arctic P12 slim I designed a PSU cover for 120mm fans Here the fan is about 5mm away from the bottom plate so there is no need to cut it out You only have to remove the cable strap next to the PSU For the hotend cooling I used a supersilent AABCooling Fan 4 Cost for all three of these fans together is under 20 euros And they are all good quality fluid bearring fans
