Okay, so this has been redone quite a bit now. I decided to cut it up into sections with connector "nubs" for each section which I have designed to print on their sides so that the layer lines run the length of them as opposed to across their widths which should eliminate de-lamination issues. Assuming your machine handles bridges well enough, you should only need supports for the hilt piece and only if you don't print it with the "nub hole" side down. Everything else should be good to go without supports. I have also re-designed this model to fit a 3/4" schedule 40 PVC pipe as that fits the scale of this design a bit better and I widened the collar to make it fit an adult hand a bit better than the 1/2" version which I have also included, just in case anyone wants to print one for a toddler or something. I dunno. Anyway, once I print this and verify that everything is good, I will be calling this one good. I'll update this summary when I am confident that it is the way I want it. NOTE: You will need a printer with a fairly high build volume to print the spearhead as it is roughly 357mm end-to-end. I am printing mine standing up with supports and a raft so we'll see how that works out.
