I'm Building a Shrinking Helmet Prototype - Version 2.0! Check out this awesome mini prototype for a "head shrinking helmet"! A Fresnel lens is mounted over the hole on the front of the helmet, which gives the illusion that the wearer's head has shrunk down to size. The first version was made from cardboard, but this one is smaller and more refined - it's still just a prototype, though! This project is perfect for DIY enthusiasts and makers out there. Students especially love taking pictures wearing this tiny-headed contraption. To take it to the next level, try mounting LED lights on the inside of the helmet for an otherworldly effect. I designed this thing using Tinkercad - feel free to edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/iTNCIGmSeRG
