Morp Desk Lamp is developed from my object “Flex”. The inspiration point comes out of a sci-fi movie named “War of the Worlds” and basically, inspiring by those alien tripod fighting machines, I developed an organic alien structure lamp that can be transformed into many shapes.It is  easy to wire yourself at home and you can get LED lights and batteries by not paying so much money. This lamp is printed into two parts; upper part and bottom part. Upper part is printed support free and you can easily bend it and give the shape of a lamp, in addition you can change the angle of lamp by using the flexible structure inside.There are sixteen 5 mm LED needed for the upper part and you can place them easily and make your lamp working properly. Here, I used batteries but you can convert DC into AC, if you like. For the bottom part, I developed an easy detachable body so you can customize your own lamp by using your unique design. Bottom part is printed with a little support and I designed a place for the batteries so you can place your battery box there. There are also another joint part used between upper and bottom parts which provides durability and rotation at the same time.   Here, you can go through one of my object “KLIK” for functionality and make your own lamp by using this joint part. It is up to you and your creativity. I really enjoy while designing this lamp and it has been an outstanding progress considering that my starting point is just a flexible structure.
