Morris 1- Ton Truck

Model by Jonathan Green. The Morris 1-Ton Truck, as used by the Abraham family in their coal delivery business, was made at Morris’s Foundry Lane Works in Soho, Birmingham. The first truck to roll off the production line, in 1924, is now in the British Motor Museum in Warwickshire, England. This model is based upon that museum’s exhibit, and the livery has been reproduced to match photographs in the Upminster Windmill’s archive.
