I remixed this to remove the flat flange which would have required either supports or a fairly large bridge infill. There are 2 versions, one with the stock threads and one with shorter threads. I printed this in PETG with 100% infill, and my 1" 8TPI nut fits perfectly with no slop, and the taper fits my lathe tailstock perfectly. I would NOT use this in the headstock as I would not expect it to last very long. I would only use this in the tailstock to align turnings with the headstock.
