Mosasaur Jaw

Scan of a partial lower right lower jaw of a type of Mosasaur. Though not dinosaurs themselves, Mosasaurs lived at the same time as dinosaurs. The original fossil has most of the original teeth broken off. So in the digital reconstruction I have used the one remaining tooth and reshaped it to fit the other tooth positions where the teeth had broken off. There is also a pathology on the side of the jaw where the animal was injured at some point during its lifetime and it left an indent on the bone. Prognathodon sp.
