It is the high-quality full detailed hi-poly smoothable 3D model Moskvich-401, Russian passenger car was created in the USSR since 1954 year. This 3D model used in various fields 3D Graphics such as: game development, advertising, street design, motion picture art, visualization, etc... All details of design are recreated most authentically. The competently think over topology of model allows to using any smoothing modifiers. Parts of this model need to smooth in subdivision level 1 or 2 for the best result, but parts which named NON_SMOOTH do not need to smooth because this parts not designed for use smooth modifier and for save polygon count and best performance. For quick select smoothable meshes in Maya use Smooth Display Layer, choose Select Objects and use smooth modifier. Polygon count of non-smooth model is 141055, and with smooth level 2 (without NON SMOOTH parts) - 1163480. The model uses 22 materials (15 simple colors and 7 textured). Textured materials use Diffuse, Specular, Glossiness, Bump textures in various combinations. For the best Bump depth we set Bump Multiplier is 1.2 for Bottom_Color_mat and Chassis_Color_mat, 0.2 for Flooring_Texture_mat, Stretch_Ceiling_Texture_mat and Upholstery_Texture_mat, 0.9 for Front_Lights_mat and 0.3 for Texture_mat in Maya Software materials or V-Ray MTL materials for Maya. All textures and materials correctly named. Total of the textures - 12. Resolutions of all textures are from 512 to 4096 pixels square resolution in .png and .jpg format. Also there are original texture files .PSD format in particular archive. The model has simple rig for open the doors and front wheels turn control by steering. If you want to open the door please translate Door_Controller in Z axis. If you want turn front wheels please translate Swerve_Controller in X axis. Animation for other parts of model is due by rotation conformity groups and meshes. In .max, .fbx and .obj formats model has no rigging but has bake animation of all movable parts. If you want to animate model in other programs except Maya you need to create your own rigging. For help there is a Playblast animation of steering gear. The model was created in the 'Maya 2014' 3D program. If you need to open this model in earlier version of Maya use .fbx format. The model has correct dimensions in real-world scale in centimeters. Dimensions of real car is L385,5cm x W140cm x H152,5cm (L152 x W55 x H60 inches). All parts correctly grouped and named. Also there is an adjusted render-scene created in the Maya 2014 with renderer plug-in V-Ray 2.40. This scene correctly opens in earlier versions up to the Maya 2012 with V-Ray 2.0 because it is saved in the .ma format. Render-scene includes 6 V-Ray Rect Light + reflectors. The V-Ray MTL material is assigned to model. On Timeline set keys of model and Render Camera position relevant Preview Images. If you dont need these positions dont forget to delete animation keys from translation and rotation channels. To use the model in other 3D programs there are scenes saved in formats: .fbx (2009 version), .obj, and .max(2010 version). Summary information about car: USSR, MZMA factory Moscow, Russia 1954 Compact / small family car, sedan Four cylinder in-line monolithic engine: Displacement 1070 cc; Power 26 hp; Max Speed 90 kmph / 56 mph Curb weight (without a driver) 855 kg / 1885 lbs Fuel consumption 9.01 liters / 100km / 26.13 mpg
