motionEyeOS is a cutting-edge Linux distribution that transforms your single board computer into a powerful video surveillance system. Check out the comprehensive wiki for more in-depth details. If you have a spare Raspberry Pi or any other single board computer lying around, you can utilize motionEyeOS to keep a close eye on your 3D printers at all times. I've been leveraging motionEyeOS for a couple of years as part of a homegrown security system that consists of three Raspberry Pi's and six cameras. It only made sense to apply my existing knowledge to monitor my 3D printers. I'm not the creator of motionEyeOS, but I have received explicit permission from its author to spread the word about this remarkable project. And the best part? It's completely free!
