Moto G4 Plus Phone Cover (Rubber Filament)

This is a cover for a Lenovo Moto G4 Plus phone. It's designed in openScad. I'm afraid the code is horrible as there was a lot of trial and error changes made. The measurements and shape were developed by trial and error. Note that dimensions suit rubber filament which can be stretched slightly for a snug fit. The openings for power, earphone socket, volume and power buttons have a thin membranes to act as a supports. Use a sharp knife or cutters to cut the holes out. The large hole in the back cover is where I stick and address label on the phone (in case I lose it). I plan to try a PLA or ABS version soon. I suspect the design will have to change a bit to get the phone in 'cause it won't stretch. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Migbot Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm layers, 0.4mm nozzle Infill: 15% Notes: Don't print the rubber filament too hot otherwise it won't bridge as well. Post-Printing Clean up I've found that rubber filament is quite "stringy" and doesn't retract cleanly. So expect to end up with a bit of tidying up of loose threads. Also the overhangs are unsupported and quite ambitious. You could be a few "hung" threads that need to be cut. How I Designed This Designed in openScad Ok. So I started with the right intentions of well written code. After a few iterations the code got messier and worse. Sorry! Please don't expect the thing to scale correctly with parameter changes.
