The plug is 20 mm total width, the cylinder is 19.5mm with 0.2 mm ridges to catch the threads in the hole Update - I recreated the plug in Openscad and paramaterized it so it is fully customizable Print Settings Printer: M3D Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 250 Infill: 14%
